This empowering class will lengthen, strengthen and level up your awareness in mind, body and spirit. The sequences typically target specific areas of the body (legs, arms, back or abs) and always invite a flowing presence in both the body and the breath. Come prepared to build your internal heat. While it’s always helpful to have experience in yoga, modifications will be demonstrated to make this practice accessible for everyone
