A relaxing hour of full body gentle stretching to promote mobility and healthy muscles. This class will help reduce the stress of daily life held in the muscles through static and dynamic stretching techniques. Yin Yoga is a slower and passive style of yoga, targeting the connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, and tendons. Most poses (asanas) are performed seated or lying on the floor. The poses are typically held 3-5 minutes, with our muscles relaxed as opposed to engaged, allowing us to work in deeper layers of the body.Find out more »
