This introductory practice will consist of a structured flow of movement, the repetition of positive affirmations and mediated breathing techniques to focus and de-stress. Learning basic asanas (yoga poses) will help you build strength, gain energy and self confidence. Including vinyasa and sun salutations as well as holding postures.

Yin Yoga is a slower and passive style of yoga, targeting the connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, and tendons. Most poses (asanas) are performed seated or lying on the floor. The poses are typically held 3-5 minutes, with our muscles relaxed as opposed to engaged, allowing us to work in deeper layers of the body.

Warm It Up Yoga Flow is a yoga flow class that is held in a slightly warmer room environment and will give students the opportunity to hold poses a little longer, warming our bodies and maybe our brows! Laura invites students to enjoy this class by focusing on conscious movement and breath, and promises you will leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed!’Her classes are offered to all levels of students.
